HFC-227EA (FM200)
- HFC227EA Clean Chemical Fire Suppression Agent is commonly called as FM200.
- FM200 is a synthetic/chemical fire suppression gas and extinguishes a fire by removing the free radicals or heat elements from the fire triangle (Oxygen, Heat and Fuel).
- It leaves no residue, is non-conductive and can be used in class A fires, electrical, wood, paper and fabric and class B fires, flammable liquids.
- FM200 system works to extinguish a fire within 10 seconds by depriving the fire of heat and interrupting the chemical reaction that leads to combustion and stringently tested and approved by United Laboratories Inc (UL), FM Global Group, VdS Schadenverhütung and Tenaga Nasional Berhad.
- FM200 systems are designed to be space efficient, while still providing a wide area of coverage.

FK-5-1-12
- FK-5-1-12 system extinguishes a fire quickly and making it the ideal system to safeguard business continuity and protect sensitive material.
- FK-5-1-12 are fire protection fluid and discharged as a gas but as its boiling point is 50 deg C the nozzle is designed to help it vaporize. It leaves no residue and is nonconductive. It can be used in class A fires, electrical, wood, paper and fabric and class B flammable liquids.
FK-5-1-12 has an Ozone Depletion Potential of 0 and a Global Warming Potential of 1 equal to that of CO2 and has an Atmospheric Lifespan of just 5 days or less. Although not as environmentally friendly as inert gases, FK-5-1-12 is the best of the clean chemical agents so does offer a good alternative where a client’s policy dictates a greener solution. without any damage to sensitive electronics and it leaves no residue, making it the ideal system to safeguard business continuity and protect sensitive material.
INERT GAS
- Inert Gas Fire Suppression Agent is a standard mix of two inert gases Nitrogen and Argon. Both gases occur naturally in the atmosphere and are therefore the ultimate in an environmentally safe fire suppression product that is also safe for people. They have a Global Warming Potential and Ozone Depleting Potential of zero and does not decompose on application to a flaming fire.
- These gases work by lowering the normal oxygen concentration in the surrounding air from 21% to 12%, thus depriving the fire of its fuel but still providing a safe and breathable environment.
